About No Isolation 

We are No Isolation, a company dedicated to reducing loneliness and social isolation, run by 50 passionate changemakers, entrepreneurs, and technologists. Our journey started in 2015 in Oslo, Norway, where our headquarters are located. We work across Europe, with offices in Munich and London, and have exciting expansion plans.

We design and sell “warm technology” products that create genuine feelings of human connection and belonging for those who cannot physically be together due to illness, age, or distance.

We are looking for a UK Country Manager to lead a high performing and successful sales team and ensure that country sales objectives are met. The candidate will join our London-based team and will develop and implement effective sales strategies and establish and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with our customers.

About the role 

You will play a critical role in the success of No Isolation in the UK market.

This will involve:

  • Responsibility for achieving country sales objectives/KPIs by:
          • leading and managing local sales team
          • meeting forecasting requirements
          • preparing and managing annual budget
          • scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective action
  • Leading and performance managing local sales team
          • Including: recruiting, training, coaching, and leading performance appraisals for sales employees
  • Ensuring customer focus by building strong and lasting relationships with key customers
  • Establishing strategic sales goals/objectives by gathering pertinent market and customer base business information for generating leads / upsell business opportunities to meet defined business objectives
  • Enforcing quality and customer centricity standards, analysing and resolving quality and customer interaction problems, and recommending system/process improvements
  • Being a visible and strong contributor in building effective relationships, collaboration and best practice sharing within No Isolation business units
  • This role will require travelling

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person with:

  •  Proven work experience as a Country Sales Manager and managing a high performance sales team
  •  Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Hands on experience with CRM software tools to manage sales pipeline
