No Isolation is seeking a Strategy Manager - Komp who is passionate about inclusion and innovation to join the Oslo team.

Loneliness is one of the most pressing challenges of the 21st century, said to be as dangerous as smoking 15 cigarettes a day. No Isolation creates groundbreaking solutions to this problem for some of the most vulnerable in society.

About No Isolation 

We are No Isolation, a company dedicated to reducing loneliness and social isolation, run by 50 passionate changemakers, entrepreneurs, and technologists. Our journey started in 2015 in Oslo, Norway, where our headquarters are located. We work across Europe, with offices in Munich and London, and have exciting expansion plans.

We design and sell “warm technology” products that create genuine feelings of human connection and belonging for those who cannot physically be together due to illness, age, or distance.

The Strategy Manager - Komp will be instrumental in taking our Komp products and services to the next level, driving the agenda on value proposition, development, strategy and business models to ensure strong growth and profitability working closely with other teams company wide. 

About the role 

Main tasks:

  • Lead and support strategic initiatives around our Komp
  • Develop and optimise business models, incl. product packaging (SW/ HW), pricing and ROI
  • Benchmarking, simulations
  • Market evaluations and assessment on attractiveness of new features to contribute to growth and profitability in close cooperation with Sales and Product Teams
  • Assess market trends and competitors
  • Data analysis, KPI to support decision making
  • Project management

Who are we looking for?

You have proven experience from management/ strategy consulting and/ or Saas/ Haas based companies. You have worked internationally before and preferably a relevant master degree within business administration, business management, marketing, communications or another related field.

You should consider yourself:

  •  Highly analytical with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  •  Detail and results oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • An effective communicator, able to influence, build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Commercially driven with a taste for working with sales
