As Marketing Strategist Nordics, you will set commercial goals and implement strategies for all Nordic markets. Your responsibilities will include creating KPIs and ensuring ROI. You will A/B-test messaging, placement and target audiences, and create marketing initiatives based on this. You will enforce strong links between our sales and marketing efforts, and work with commercial partnerships. Your role will be to supplement the communications and brand department with targeted marketing, both B2C and B2B.
We believe the right candidate for this position has a degree within marketing or another relevant field. You have relevant work experience and feel at ease with taking on the responsibility of marketing the company’s products.
You should be experienced in executing and planning marketing initiatives, both on a strategic and a hands-on level. Experience within both digital and conventional marketing is relevant, and you should be well-versed in measuring results based on investment. You’ll be working in the communications and brand department and collaborate closely with the sales department. Within the team, there are resources capable of creating content, communications, SEO and graphic design, and your role will be on the commercial side. You’ll have responsibility for executing the commercial marketing and sales-driven activities in the Nordics, reporting directly to the CCO. You are native in a Scandinavian language and speak and write English fluently.
At No Isolation, we genuinely value our company to be diverse. This is what makes our technology outstanding! However, we do believe that all of our employees share some common traits: they are kind, good communicators, self-propelled, hardworking, great team players, responsible and enjoy a good laugh – and that’s also what we are looking for in this newly created position.
Working at No Isolation you will become a part of the “loneliness fighting family”. We are here for a reason, and we are a tight-knit bunch of people, even across the borders. The teams will frequently visit each other and we have a place for you to stay if you want to visit the London or Amsterdam Office. We have a yearly Summer Party, where we fly everyone in, and everyone is welcome to the Christmas Party.
We use Slack to communicate on a day to day basis and you will be heavily involved in what the whole company is up to during our weekly get-together on Fridays and our Monday info meeting. We all work at an office (so no one should be all alone), and we make the most of it by having lunch together. Being a small company we have a lot of things that still need to be figured out and we love people who take responsibility and makes themselves and everyone around them more efficient. Being a company in growth you will also be able to take part in that growth and develop yourself with the company.
You should take a look at our Career Pages and read more about us and how we work.
Application deadline: March, 1st. We will interview qualified candidates continuously. Please upload your CV and letter of motivation.
