No Isolation is a Norwegian startup, founded in October 2015, with a London office founded in 2017. Our mission is to reduce involuntary loneliness and social isolation by developing communication tools that help those affected.
Insight, innovation and ideas are highly valued and encouraged within the company. We always focus on the end users of our products, and user experience driven design is the foundation of how we organise our work. We identify problems and test our products thoroughly to create optimal solutions.
We have two products on the market today. AV1 is a telepresence robot that acts as a child’s eyes, ears and voice in the classroom when they cannot attend school. KOMP is a device that lets digital children and grandchildren share photos, messages and video calls with their analogue grandparents. Both products have received praise from external researchers for increasing the life quality of their users.
You will work with our smaller UK-based team, and larger Norway-based team, to drive brand and product awareness. Your core responsibilities will involve planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns and activities that drive lead generation, predominantly aimed at public bodies such as local authorities and schools in the UK. This role combines creating a strategic overview, with actioning that strategy through day-to-day tasks that ultimately result in lead generation for our products AV1 and KOMP Pro.
This role is for someone who has 3-6 years of experience, who is looking for an ambitious career opportunity, one that will provide them with the opportunity to learn and grow rapidly. We believe that the right person for this position is proactive and adaptive.
You are able to analyse and understand the needs of our target customers, and turn that insight into materials that will support them in their buying decisions. You are confident in using a CRM, email marketing tools, social media platforms. You have some experience with SEO, events, B2B marketing campaigns, or are able to learn fast. You are comfortable communicating verbally, on the phone, in person, and presenting to groups of people. It is important that you are a confident copywriter, have an eye for detail, that you take initiative, and you are always trying out new approaches.
