About No Isolation 

We are No Isolation, a company dedicated to reducing loneliness and social isolation, run by 50 passionate changemakers, entrepreneurs, and technologists. Our journey started in 2015 in Oslo, Norway, where our headquarters are located. We work across Europe, with offices also in Munich and London, and have exciting expansion plans.

We design and sell “warm technology” products that create genuine feelings of human connection and belonging for those who cannot physically be together due to illness, age, or distance.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager Netherlands (12 month contract) to manage our company's relationships with our Dutch customers. The candidate will join our team in London or Munich and oversee a portfolio of Dutch customers, manage the overall account relationship/strategy, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

About the product

AV1 is the child's eyes, ears, and voice in the class when they cannot be there themselves. Specifically designed for children with a long-term illness, the AV1 school robot ensures that the students remains a part of their peer learning group, able to interact with friends and teachers via a secure app.

Core Responsibilities  

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all Dutch customer account management
  • Proactively establish and improve relationships with existing customers
  • Upsell and renew our subscriptions
  • Develop material and best practices for implementing our products with our customers, learning from the other teams to make sure our Dutch customers are having the best experience
  • Execute and improve training with customers
  • Ensure the successful launch of new AV1 projects
  • Present AV1 to local authorities, schools, charities, and families
            • Potentially some participation in major industry events, trade fairs, conferences and meet-ups
  • First line support

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person with:

  • Dutch as mother tongue
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Experience in Account Management or other relevant role
  • Knowledge of Dutch education system and key providers of "passend onderwijs"/special education"
  • Experience in consultative B2B Sales
  • Experience and interest in technology, especially in the education technology and healthcare sectors
  • HubSpot certified or experience with other CRM
