Customer Success Agent

We work to end loneliness and social isolation, for people of all ages. To achieve this, we put users at the heart of the technology we create; which includes AV1, our telepresence robot, for children too unwell to go to school, and KOMP, a tool enabling grandparents to be part of digital family communication.

We are looking for two full-time Customer Success Agents, one Dutch speaking and one Norwegian or Swedish speaking. You will be based in London or Oslo. In this role you will be the bridge between people and technology, helping our customers use our products to their full potential. And as the first point of contact, you will share what you learn with the team at No Isolation, so together we can better achieve our mission.

Core responsibilities

You will be responsible for helping customers and users get up and running with our products. You will also work with making sure that schools using AV1 robots and users of KOMP are happy and feel taken care of. In addition you will answer incoming inquiries from customers and users via chat, phone and email.

The position might involve some travel.

Required skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Structured and proactive way-of-working
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or Norwegian or Swedish
  • Fluent in English (bonus if you speak any other languages as well)
  • Some Customer Success/Support experience is desired
